Refund and Returns Policy
Note: This policy applies exclusively to orders placed directly through autoply.net. If you purchased AutoPly products through a third-party distributor or retailer, please contact them directly as their specific return and refund policies will apply to your purchase.
At AutoPly Inc., we take pride in the quality of our insulation and soundproofing products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
AutoPly products are manufactured and packaged to order. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- Products must be returned in resalable condition
- Custom-cut, installed, or modified materials are not eligible for return
Return Authorization Required
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) prior to shipping. To request a return, contact AutoPly customer support with your order number:

Approved returns will receive return instructions and an RA number. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.
Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an AutoPly error
- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
- Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service; AutoPly is not responsible for lost return shipments
Refunds
- Approved returns will be inspected upon receipt
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Refunds apply to the product cost only
- A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied
- Refunds will be issued net of applicable restocking fees and return shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact AutoPly within 5 business days of delivery
- Provide photos of the packaging and product
- AutoPly will arrange replacement or refund at no cost when confirmed
Non-Returnable Items
- Installed insulation materials
- Cut, altered, or custom-configured products
- Clearance or closeout items (if applicable)
