DiamondPly™
DiamondPly™ 1.0 is a durable, high-performance insulation liner designed for commercial vehicles, vans, and work trucks.
Built on a non-woven polyester core similar to FiberPly™, it features a reinforced polypropylene spun surface with a diamond pattern that resists punctures, wear, and tearing. This added durability allows DiamondPly to serve as both insulation and an interior finish, often eliminating the need for traditional paneling.
DiamondPly delivers excellent thermal and sound absorption performance while remaining lightweight, flexible, and easy to install. Odorless, fiberglass-free, and resistant to mildew and bacteria, DiamondPly is a clean, safe, and reliable solution for demanding vehicle environments.

Product Appearance Notice:
FiberPly™ and DiamondPly™ insulation materials are manufactured and stored in large roll form prior to precision cutting and packaging. Because of this process, larger panels will display surface waviness or wrinkles on the interior-facing side of the material. This is a normal characteristic of the product and does not affect performance, durability, adhesion, thermal insulation, or sound-deadening capabilities.
These visual variations are a result of the laminating and rolling process and are expected in high-density multilayer insulation materials. Once installed inside the vehicle, the material performs as intended.
